Open a House, Record the Collect Amount Select the charge description Enter QTY(Factor), Rate, Unit Tick 【Cap】option Save

AR Bill Click 【Ar Bill】to generate invoice

Collect & Pay Will Be  Excluded of Revenue or Cost
